PEI KIDS Releases Strategic Plan

On July 17, PEI KIDS’ Board of Directors voted to accept the organization’s 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. Highlights of the Plan include a refined Mission Statement, defining the organization’s Core Values and Vision statement, and a comprehensive SWOT analysis used to establish a foundation for ongoing improvement, capitalizing on organizational strengths, and addressing weaknesses within the context of considered opportunities and threats. The Plan also includes a comprehensive Market Analysis of the New Jersey and Mercer County nonprofit sectors.
